Not too interested in the static as thats not the angle with the corp. Mostly looking for a c2 or c4 with a static null that can take large ships through the null static. Only interested in buying a system with a citadel already in it, preferably several. If you have the system I would mostly require the Jsig, and we can use Peta Chieve as a 3rd Party or whoever. I am available at pretty much any time. Just send me a mail in game with the Jsig and price and we can go from there.
