How much are you willing to pay for an entry to a hole without structures/with inactive structures?
Red Giant/Pulsar/Magnetar will all be taken already or heavily contested, if you care about effect.
I am aware. All those effects are taken by HK/LZHW. I’d prefer having an empty hole than one with structure. How much do you want for it?
