Can’t seem to find this on Jita market…? 
I don’t see any ghostbird skins anywhere on market… may have to wait until either someone sells one if they haven’t licensed it out, or until CCP brings it back on the NES
I did get some hits for it in contracts… but over 20+ jumps away from jita and looks like either losec, or in upwell structures.
You can activate skins remotely, so if your goal is to simply use it and you like the price you can just buy it from wherever you are. o7
