Looking to get a focused Minmatar dreadnought toon
Minmatar titan toon acceptable as well
Other faction titan/dread toons will be considered as well
Hard requirements are for all jump skills to 5 and magic 14 to 5
Soft requirements are T2 siege, and T2 guns but will consider toons if skills are trained most of the way along
