WTB - Focused Combat character or close to Carrier skilled (15M SP)

As title says I’m looking for a focused combat alt, cruiser class ships pref. (Ideally non missile skilled), looking for something around 15m SP.

Also willing to look at characters that are being trained toward carriers, I expect these ones to need some work so link what you have.
