WTB - Focused PVP Character | Maxed Core, Fitting, Tanking, Missiles & Gunnery

Hi everyone,

I am looking to buy a highly focused, clean PVP character with perfect core fitting, navigation, dual-tanking, and weapon skills. No wasted industry or trade SP.

Here are my specific requirements:

  1. Navigation & Engineering (Maxed):
  • All Powergrid, CPU, Capacitor, and thermodynamic skills at Level V.
  • All Navigation, Warp, and Speed support skills at Level V.
  1. Tanking (Perfect Shield & Armor):
  • Perfect Armor compensation and HP/resistance skills (Level V).
  • Perfect Shield compensation, shielding, and operation skills (Level V).
  1. Weapon Skills (Missiles & Gunnery):
  • High to maxed Gunnery: T2 weapon systems with all gunnery support skills (tracking, falloff, optimal, rapid fire, etc.) at Level V.
  • High to maxed Missiles: T2 launchers with all missile support skills (explosion velocity, radius, range, rate of fire) at Level V.
  1. Character Status:
  • Pure PVP focus (Sub-cap focus, but high SP is welcome).
  • Clean record: Positive wallet, no kill rights, positive or neutral sec status.
  • Located in high-sec / Jita.

Budget: I have plenty of ISK ready for the right character.
