If it has both armor and shield skills, that is fine. But I would prefer shield over armor if I had to pick. Other than that, have the standard stuff like jdc5, cyber5, etc…
Other preferred skills:
Titan 5
DD operation 5
DD rapidfiring 5
T2 guns (both arty/AC)
All gunnery support skills 4 or better
