Looking for an alt up to 40m ish SP.
Must:
- be able to fly force recons (or be very close);
- have a reasonable name.
Bonus if the alt:
- can fly ishtars with t2 heavies and drone interfacing 5;
- has cyno V;
- has good precursor skills;
- can fly caps;
- has other skills valued in an alt (transport ships/PI etc).
