I am currently in the market to purchase a PvP/PvE-capable character.
The character should be female and have a respectable name. I am particularly interested in characters with a high number of skill points, ideally between 100 million and 300 million SP.
I have a flexible budget (up to 500 Billion ISK) and am seeking a character to actively use and retain, rather than extract skill points from.
