Looking to buy a oneiros only character. Does not need high DPS skills or gunnery/missile/shield skills. Just needs to have high logistics and capacitor skills, OK navigation skills, OK armor skills, and at least Logistics Cruiser IV, and able to use t2 large remote reps. Looking to spend less than 8b if possible, I just need Oneiros related skills and nothing else at all.
