MUST HAVE: high level of all industry skills, high refining yield for every material.
Preferred but not required: decent hauling skills (a good skillset for JF is a huge W)
(going out for little trip for next 6-7 days so might be little late to reply but I will see all the offers, ideally I want this to be a maxed out capital building character but that is not at all a requirement)
