i believe this character fits what you’re describing. need freighter trained a bit more but can use the fenrir and dont quote me cause im at work but i think he only needs the recon ship skillbook for cyno’s otherwise has cyno 5 trained, captial ship construction 5. Make me a decent offer and ill probably split with him, if not no worries
