  1. The ability to sit in an Ishtar
  2. Can use T2 Heavy Drones
  3. Good Drone skills
  4. Good Shield skills
  5. Good Engineering skills
  6. Good Targeting skills

Preferences:

  1. Caldari Drone specialization
