There are currently no sell orders on the market. I can’t remember the circumstances when these entered the game but wouldn’t be surprised if there are a bunch of them cluttering up hangars throughout New Eden. People periodically haul this stuff to Jita and dump it to buy orders. I recommend you place a buy order in Jita and be patient.
