-Mostly dying on Zkill (no PvP characters)

-Old DOB with a relatively clean history (no NULLSEC alliance history)

why not buy a clean old char and “dress” it up with sp etc

Close. But I’m in no rush, it might pop up I’m not overly picky on the skills, the skills will favour the history I’m looking for though so it was important I add that little attribute to the characters life so far :blush:
