Looking to buy an all-round PVP toon.
I want small stuff, Tackle, but i also want to be able to get into BS/Dreads - Maybe even a Naglfar.
I ideally want good gunnery skills/ship command.

Besides flying a rorq for side isk income outside war periods, this one was made for pvp and pve subcap/cap.
