WTB Rorqual Pilot - Starter or lower SP

I would like to buy a cheap Rorqual pilot.

  • Requirements:
  1. Industrial Core T1 or T2
  2. Industrial Jump Portal Generator is a must to have
  3. Capital Moon Ore Compressor
  4. Mining Foreman Burst II + Mining Director V
  5. Jump Drive Calibration IV / V
  6. Capital Industrial Ships at least III / IV
  7. At least to be able to use Shield modules
  8. Drone skills are not needed for this pilot but will be considered as plus

B/O: 10-14B

Please offer what you have, any higher offers will be considered, but in general I need the low SP char.
