Looking for a mainly subcap pvp pilot with around 20-40m sp or greater.
Wanting it to be able to use (at a minimum) all t2 small/medium guns and have proficient gunnery/navigation/ship etc skills.
If it also has capital skills that’s a bonus, but i’m not looking for a capital only pilot.
Budget is 20b-60b.
