LTB specialist supercap sitter, not after super-foccused pilot, just want someone who can sit in the ship and whilee away days logged off 
I have a budget in mind, but considering it would only cost about 10-12bill to inject said toon from scratch then this will give you an idea of what im willing to pay.
I might pay a slight bit more if the toon can sit in different races. Please link char sheet and the required buy out, i will review and post response on forum.
