are you referring to jump Fuel conservation ? if so I missed it completely no idea how that happen but she does have 2.4 mill unused skill points that you can put into that if you like.

Yeah you need JDO at 5 to train that so i never trained it she has the unused skill points to train it to 5 and train JDC to 4 I think.
May be close to what you want. not set on a price yet.
