Looking for a character spec’d towards flying a vargur. Doesnt have to have all the skills 100%, but not looking to pay a premium for wasted sp outside of my scope. Specifically- magic 14, cybernetics V, minmitar BS V, marauder IV/V, and basic shield/gunnery support skills.
Budget 20b, preferably lower.
