Sorry if this is semi off-topic but you can find these combat suits on contracts. You cannot search for them by name but if you search for public contracts you can simply restrict the filters to “Apparel” and “Want to Sell” and then you’ll find quite a few such combat suits in the list of contracts (for around 400mil IIRC).
