I dont believe there is a section in the rules that enforces the b/o, the seller can back out at any point
Alright, i fed the dogs and sanity checked the rules. It seems to favor to elektras point - the seller can back out at any time. The original was a typo but on a game like eve online I would have always favored the correctly applied post. That said, during this phase of “what do we do?” elekra is throwing around extra chedder and frankly money does talk so I guess I’ll go with extra chedder guy at 96 bil.
