I’ve recieved the money and I start the transfer process.
As far as I understand, you can’t pay the transfer fee directly with PLEX, and I can’t pay it with banking card or paypal. I’ve created a ticket about the issue and I’m awaiting the answer from CCP.
If it’s impossible to pay the fee with PLEX or any other way but banking card and PayPal, I’m afraid the transfer won’t happen and I return the money.
I haven’t played for 8 years, and back then it was possible to pay transfer fee with PLEX. But as far as I understand CCP changed transfer rules a few years ago. I just didn’t know about this.
I can return money right now so you won’t be nervous about it untill I get the answer from CCP.
I’ll wait untill I get the answer from CCP. You can create a ticket about the issue as well. Maybe it will help to resolve the issue. Who knows, I’m experiencing the situation first time and absolutely not sure about possible outcome.
