You are wrong the character up for sale MUST get the isk and isk only. Ive seen it to be true many times.

Ive also seen alts getting isk many times, it is not forbidden. Even when creating a thread with multiple characters, you can receive isk to one character for selling all of them.

It says it with what the other person quoted so no need to be specific about alts as its very clear. Youre welcome to confirm with a mod.

As for the scams, the rules says clear that it is not allowed, it will lead to accounts ban.
