It’s not a scam, isk recieved. It’s Russia account, so transfer is locked, I’m currently figuring out howq to transfer the char
Does not matter what you say but @Cone Benuse should open proactive a ticket. If everything is cool then they update the ticket

Transfer is probably locked because you never left corp. You should be in an NPC corp before transfer.
