This person is a shameful scammer. He has an abandoned Letalu in Gao An with 3% of the remaining structure, and all the contracts he hangs for you will include a small space container. If you take on this contract, his 20 small shops outside the building will be destroyed. Things will fall out.

then report him for doing so, or watch where he makes the contracts to, thats up to you not to accept something like that.
