toon is good but the skills like jdc 4 and jfc 4 realy hurt the value same as recon 4 and you miss a few important engenirign levels but those hurt less
i think youre looking at 40-45 bil but use the waiting time to train the 2 jump drive skills to 5 at least train calibration to 5 that does help the character value to go up
