I have submitted another request still no response no idea whats going on to be honest petitionwas submitted on February 3rs and has not even been acknowledged

I haven’t received a response yet. I’d like at least some explanation as to why the delay is happening.
I returned after a 5 year break to find my characters locked on my account. Submitted multiple petitions to resolve this issue and they have not even been acknowledged just like yours. I don’t know whats going on with customer support these days
I think we’ve waited as long as we can. I’ll cancel the purchase. Send me the ISK. If I hear back from CCP later, I’ll consider purchasing the character again.
