Well you said you submitted it so I’ll open a ticket with ccp @ISD could someone advise? aparently transfer was started over 24 hours ago on 3 characters but havent seen any of them, none of them even show on the transfer page like normal?
Dude, hes from i believe russia. Russians cant transfer like normal. They have to do it the old way via plex. So its gonna take a few days
If you read back through this thread you will see that it takes a few days before characters are received

No. Russians have been blocked by most major banks. They cant use any money on ccps website so they cant transfer like normal. So they are the only ones ccp will let do plex transfers so they can still transfer characters. Its at the whim of when the GMs get to it

4 days now and still nothing, how long does this usually take?
Hi! Usually, no more than 10 hours, but there was a technical difficulty that required contacting support. While I’m waiting for an answer, apparently it coincided with the new expansion, which is why there is such a big delay.
