Hi, I found an empty c2 WH with c3/HS static and I was wondering if anyone wants to buy coordinates for it 
I’ve never done this before, so I don’t even know how to get round to it

WH has 10 planets, 4 types. POCOs are taxed from 2,5% to 10%, you might want to place your own.

All celestials should be within 14au scan range, if you place citadel in the middle of them.
