This is pretty small system, good for new corporations, explorers and also industrialist. I have Athanor there (moongo location) but with access to invention, manufacturing and hybrid reactions

C2 wormhole is good for newbie isk making, there a lot of gas, planets or PVE content.
C3 static is good isk making way.
HS gives you nice way for logistics.
