Why is this still so cheap you can engage with web and point from 45km using cloak and high dps. No other frig can do that

You can decloak at 45km range, and without delay lock them up and land a web and a point and do 200+ dps. If somehow they manage to burn through the webbing and get closer, they will not get much closer than 20km due to being cap dead.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with its stats at all. Buy em while they are cheap boiz.
