stupud question: do officer cloaks behave like covert ops cloaks and allow you to warp cloaked or are these more akin to the improved cloaking device IIs we put on our BLOPs.
the later
estamels cloak is the best cloak in the game. doesnt allow covert warps but you have ALOT less time where you cant target. cloak up quicker etc etc
