I’ve got a fresh, born in 2008 Gallente character, Ken Talash.
Totally untouched, 760,754 SP + ~46,000 unallocated. No kill rights or anything, been in an NPC corp from the day he was born.
Wallet balance is 86,336 ISK, no clones, located in high sec Gallente space, Mies system.
Hasn’t been logged into since 2008, before the 3D character portraits were implemented. On login, you’ll be prompted to enter the character creator just like a brand new toon.
Obviously, I cannot log in to transfer the purchase isk without setting appearance. I assume CCP’s rule three will work here:
Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it.
