+1, afaik now there is one (Amarr, 47b) , but there was one more 1-2 weeks ago (Jita 4-4, sub 50b).
In other words, you might want to revisit your asking price or just wait a few more years.
Or Hyper them as many have in recent times. But I don’t think you’ll get 75b even that way.
