Don’t low ball characters.54m Sp is least worth 50b isk and it doesn’t matter what the skills are.Cause different people have different uses.This character is a perfect fit for someone interested on the skill build it has.I dare all to try and build one from scratch to reach 54m sp with 50b isk I dare you try it"Experienced Rorq pilot”.
Just say u want cheap character instead of making one for yourself cause it gonna cost you more to get it where it is and stop telling what is worth and not worth if u have no clue about pricing.
