I am selling two very nice pieces of officer loot, both in Amarr.

Estamel’s cloak is simply the best non covert-ops cloak. Max velocity penalty is only 67% and the scan resolution only goes -22%.

Targeting range bonus on Setele’s sensor booster is 37.5%. That’s a lot better than the bonus from the Tech 2 variant.
