This item was removed from the game around 20 years ago and although it can technically be injected and trained provides no bonuses and thus is really only an item for a collector/collection…
Likely one of the last of a diminishing number in the game that are potentially available for purchase I am looking for a fair and reasonable price on this item and all such offers will be considered and responded to!

Not that I expect this to change the minds of potential bidders or their perception of the value etc but…Just a quick story on the background of this item…
Many years past while pottering about Eve…I used to pick up contracts in various locations…and back then…they were under a system called escrow…which mean’t you could buy them from anywhere!This led to some amusing and sweaty situations…travelling through null in a badly fit T1 Hauler,no warp to zero…no bookmarks…as I wasn’t sure about buying the then popular BM Packs!Also had some talks with nullsec holders…allowing me a mere neutral access to their structures…even some NBSI entities.
Was a wild ride back in the day…sometimes getting home,sometimes not…picking up bargains and trying to creep safely through…or rush(as much as a hauler would allow) null and low to get to the goods and back to safety…once getting through last gate to hs with something like 14% hull on a fully stocked haul!
Anyways…just me sharing some anecdotal conversation on how I got this little gem…tucked away in some buy all escrow from the middle of nowhere…
Yes…had it some time…so…it’s not a retread purchase from more recent period with me set to try and make a quick buck…!

Hi…A hard one to place a direct value on.as are most collectibles,as values/trends/availabilty have all fluctuated over time…though a fairly recent(relatively)sales posting 2022 ending Dec 2023…was looking for 25b…but they had said that there had been a couple more at 30-35b price with average estimate being 32.5b…and way back seen anything from 5b(likely early on when more around) to 15-20b…at least 10 years past…
So…Would be more likely that the higher end…i.e 25-35b value is most likely for what is wanted…as this book gets lost more and more as people leave Eve/sell to collectors or just Doomheim without checking all their assets…i.e a diminishing return!
Just a quick update for those who may be interested…had a couple of offers so far and due to this am likely going to close this come downtime Monday…So…If you are wanting something special for Christmas,something rare and historical in Eve’s legacy…then you have around 59/60 hrs left to get your bids/offers in…
So…Just shy of a day and a half to go…no further offers as yet although have had a further enquiry which will hopefully bring in an offer and have faith that some other good souls out there will look to invest in a piece of Eve history while available…

Just a quick update on the state of play here…
Live bid in that will be taken post downtime barring other offers…however…should an offer that beats it be made…I will let the current buy leader know and give them some time to respond with a counter offer and if one made will then let any others bidding know so they can also make new offers if need be…this will continue until one is left or an hour or so lapses without any extra offers made to beat the leader…
Sorry Quentin but there were enough indicators as to the potential price range for this item…i.e people were asking for 20b plus.usually 25-35b being the spread!Unfortunately as promised to the last person to make an offer…this sale is now ended…and they will pick up a bargain!
If you’re interested maybe they will sell it to you,probably making a profit!
It would be nice to have made more for this but…it’s just been sitting in a hangar for years and may as well have the isk…which I can use to work with…and having promised the buyer I would honour their bid.as I would have anyone…I have to keep my word!

So…a week and more on from the auction…There is still a contract up for the buyer…as they are yet to claim it…and with only around a day left…there is a possibility that this goes up for sale once again…I guess we shall see if the buyer responds or accepts the contract in the meantime.I hope they are in good health and that their failure to take the contract is not due to something bad in real life!

As Itaer says “And yet here we are…” in other words…another attempt to sell this very rare skillbook…as the person who had made an offer that was accepted never got back to me or took up the contract which was up for them for a week…Perhaps they were ill or something IRL took them away from Eve…so I won’t disparage them but…this time around would prefer any bids are submitted here…or if evemailed to me…I will post them here for clarity!
