Sounds like you might be a good fit for Parroto Social Club. We are a small corp based in NPC null sec. We specialise in small gang PvP. Our attitude is that we can all get better. We know we’re not the best players in the game but we want to be better. Each time we go out, our aim is to improve on our previous attempts. Sometimes with more success than others 
We have a really positive learning environment. It’s normal for people to look and get constructive criticism on how to improve. But it’s also a game so we see the funny side to things too and generally just like hanging out and talking to each other on comms too.
