I run a small and independent pvp alliance.
I know you are looking for highsec but we are very casual and with us you can do both pvp and pve in highsec when ever you want.
We operate out of Pochven which is very easy to get back to highsec and back so its not an issue in terms of logisitics and moving around.
We dont hold any sov so we are not war decable in highsec either so your assets will not be at risk.
