~100M SP main + cap/bs alt are looking for a new home.

I played the game nearly a decade ago, so my skills and understanding of the game are a bit outdated. I’m looking for a semi-casual environment that can help me get back up to speed, while still being a viable long-term home.

To be more specific, I’m looking for:

• pvp of all scales, from 2 ship roaming to a capital fight
• no huge power blocks, hence npc nullsec or lowsec close to 0.0
• no mandatory content, thought some activity requirements are ok
• tolerance to “newbie“ asking questions
