CCP make a lot of update evreyday and crash the server ccp you need to replace your it team and build some server

That’s true. CCP are very fair when it’s their fault. They must get spammed hard from so many people losing ships in the abyss wanting them reimbursed.

I’ve had decent results when it is CCP server issue.
Always be polite, state facts not feelings and provide logs/screenshots from status pages etc..
