I’m a fairly newly baked father with a daughter of 1.5 years so my gaming times are primarily in the evening, or 1700-2100 eve time. I’ve also got a wife so that generally means that every night is not in fact game night.
I’ve been hanging out in a close knit null corp and I’ve enjoyed it thoroughly. Great gang, all in all. They have however moved on to alliance based and coalition based ops, with fleet pings every waking hour ( It feels like) , and all our “in corp” stuff has bled away in favour of larger and more serious ops. I’m not too keen on that. Looking for something more laid back, smaller scale perhaps, or at least a place where smaller scale isn’t entirely ignored. I’m fairly new to the game, still trying to get my isk making feet up under myself, I have however accumulated 36 mill sp, and I have a secondary account which sits on about 20mill sp. These skillpoints are not representative of my game knowledge. I still feel like I just started the game.
So! My current digs has become way too serious, and busy to the point that I’ve muted my corp / alliance server and logging in to the discord being faced with an empty corp discord because everyone is in an alliance fleet instead is bumming me out.

You mentioned being a new dad with limited but consistent gaming windows. Both of our corps respect that real life comes first. Nobody here expects you to respond to endless pings or spend your evenings in mandatory fleets.
We run two options depending on what kind of space you prefer:
Embellishment (High Sec)
A smaller, tight knit high sec group focused on relaxed gameplay, helping newer players build their income, mission running, industry, and smaller scale content. Zero pressure and no noise. Great for someone still learning the ropes or wanting chilled evenings without commitments.
Black Rose (Null Sec)
A null corp that values smaller scale gameplay within a community that cares more about people than pings. No pressure to join fleets. No expectation for daily presence. If you want to learn null, make ISK without stress, and still have that small gang feel, this is a great home. The vibe is supportive, social, and calm. Exactly the opposite of the alliance spam overload you described.
You sound like you want a corp that feels like logging in to friends, not logging into a job. That is precisely the environment we keep for our members.

If you want chill. With time to just log in and make isk or shoot whoever is in the neighborhood maybe give us a look. I’m rebuilding the corp so it isn’t super active at the moment but as I get more and more people in the activity will increase. Huh, so I’m not the only one. Interesting. Wonder how many fresh “Eve dads” are there ?
Even though I posses set of toons and alts (~38 mil sp/~10mil sp) that dates back to 2012, I’m pretty much noob level. Rarely got out of HiSec. No fleets. No pvp experience. Tried Horde once long time ago but coldn’t fit in and constant looking over my shoulder finally got better of me and I guit.
Now, once more I felt “The EVE Itch” but since I get 0/1/2/3h ? of gameplay on a good day,
I’m pretty much playing EvE Farmville. Hopping in for dailies, finishing AIR on alts, tidying stash ect ect.
So, is that kind of “gameplay” even null-viable? Not much wiggle room for any serious fleet action or such. All I’m good for now (and who knows how long) would most likely be to dwel in some forgotten by God and pvp’ers backwater system where I could engage in indy/Pi stuff , some occaisional ratting or other not very attention/time demanding things, cause… what else?
