I thought lotteries and casinos were banned from eve?

This is only the case, when ISK is requested in order to take part, since this is free, I believe it is all ok.

about the site: I often have issues connecting to the website. Sometimes it works, sometimes Chrome tells me that it took too long to connect, do you know what this issue could cause?

That’s right. It’s a free give away now. The name was kept for traditional reasons.

BIG’s server is old and needs more time to rest. Thank the gods that he’s at least sometimes awake and responsive.
