It’s actually “free” if you are omega. You get free 10 Plex to buy these 10 Plex 7 days. It automatically and instantly applies. It’s a one time purchase only.

The NES. I got 15k free SP, 10 free PLEX, and the game time offer on all my characters this morning.

Most likely your account was not in Omega state, when the gift of 10 PLEX was given?
question: does “claim in NES until 19 november” mean it including 11/19 or has to be claimed on 11/18? this is tricky because if able to claim on 11/19, it means alpha can get all omega rewards, but if claim on 11/18, then it will miss out last day omega

I dug up an old account. So old that it requires I remake the face because it predates the new character creator. I did not see 7 days for free. It has a 10 plex cost and no free plex offered.

I’m guessing you should login your pilots and check again as I am seeing Free 7 Days on a few Alpha accounts that were once active Omega.
Well you must be special then because all I’m seeing on my accounts is 7 days Omega for 10 PLEX…
