Orca drones are boosted by the indy core, no need to boost them again. Orcas are also meant to be a fleet support ship, not a ship of the line for mining, as such they should be mining less than exhumers. A fleet should only need one Orca, not a fleet full of them like we had before the rebalance.
Residue has many posts about it, and CCP Okami has said it will be looked into as they know it does not feel good for the players.

But that doesnt remove the fact that Mining Drones use Mining Lasers, which should benefit from the Mining Laser Yield increase of the Mining Foreman Burst, just like all drones should, imho.
A mining Laser is a Mining Laser, regardless whether its used by a drone or a ship, imho.
So if People are willing to go through the training to fly an Orca, and they decide to fleet up with many Orcas, there is an easy solution by capping the number of boostings a drone can receive to 1 mining foreman burst effect.
As soon as multiple Orcas team up, the extra bursts simply have no effect.
Its not right to punish all Orca Captains just because other People decide to fleet up with mulitple Orcas, imho.
To fly a Support ship is a sacrifice in it`s own right.
Being punished for being nice to other miners is just not okay.

Buff my Orca? I’m all in (in the minority, but still in).
Im not talking about buffing the Orca, but allowing the boosts to affect mining drones in general, which goes for everyone, not merely the support ship.
Clearly Mining Drones use Mining Lasers, so a Mining Laser Yield Buff should affect Mining Drones, imho.
Just because some People who apparently are super rich decide to make a fleet of Orca`s doesnt mean everyone should be punished by rediculous nerfs, imho.
