What does it nerf?
It’s a buff for players who wish to sell their PLEX more easily. It’s a buff for players who wish to buy PLEX more easily. It’s a buff for CCP.
It’s only a nerf for people who want to earn ISK by speculating on PLEX, but I can live with a nerf of that playstyle. Those players aren’t the target audience of PLEX anyway and there are plenty of ingame items they can speculate on.

PSA: There is still a major annoyance in this as it applies to corporate buy orders. PLEX sold to corp buy orders still seems to end up in corp deliveries of the structure it is sold from and so may be inaccessible to the buyer or his corp. Asset Safety seems to be the only way to resolve this so far.
it just means, whenever a whale sells PLEX to buy orders somewhere in nullsec, pochven, or FW space, it won’t be the buy order of the lucky guy who happened to place his order in the correct region, it will be a buy order in Jita.
It’s the Jitafication of all regions.

it’s a nerf for players who put in the effort to place buy orders in regions other than The Forge. They’ll never again get a lucky trade.

It won’t be a buy order in Jita though, it will be a global buy order.
People can finally trade PLEX from anywhere in the game whether it’s Hek, Amarr, null sec or even wormhole space.
It’s not like PLEX is sourced regionally, so it doesn’t matter for the regional markets either.
I’m sorry that you profited of the inconvenience of others for so long and no longer can do so, but I can see why CCP changed it.

Last time i used PLEX from the market was in January, to save a few Euros on the omega & MCT pack. That’s not exactly “profiting for so long” it’s just “looking for opportunities for mutually beneficial trades”.
like the whale that was too lazy to either place a sell order in nullsec or to sell the PLEX in caldari space could fill my buy order. Thus rewarding my effort to save them effort.
By now, putting up buy orders is futile if you aren’t one of the top Jita traders. Because now, that’s the people you compete with.
Except ‘top Jita traders’ now do no longer have an advantage over other PLEX sellers. You’re all paying the same tax and having the same reach for PLEX regardless of skills or standings.
In other words you can compete with those people now by simply putting up an order.
Well standings and skills does apply as far as where your buying from. They havent changed that yet, have they?
