If I have an industry job that needs omega skills to activate, like for example t2 or a bunch of reaction jobs, and I let the account expired while they are active, will they continue to progress until they are done? Can I deliver them after omega time has ended? I intend to save some isk by letting my account expire with some active jobs that require omega subscription but I cannot afford to just lose the input materials trying to experiment with this idea.
It’ll continue, as it’s been passed off to the station/structure to build.

Jeronica is correct, Industry jobs will continue until they are done and you will also be able to deliver them, however you may have to be docked at the station to do so. You just won’t be able to start any new jobs that require Omega skills
