ADAPT – A Unified Discord & Web Platform for EVE Organization Management[Seat/Auth Alt.] (Closed Testing)

A Unified, Discord-Integrated Platform for EVE Online Alliance Management (Closed Testing)

ADAPT is a web-based platform tightly integrated with Discord, designed to consolidate and modernize workflows for corporations, alliances, and organized groups of any scale within EVE Online.

Originally developed to streamline SRP processing, ADAPT has evolved into a unified system that connects doctrine management, fleet intelligence, logistics, and operational tooling into a single platform — with Discord serving as the primary interface for real-time interaction and notifications.

Availability

ADAPT is currently in closed testing with a limited number of groups.

  • No public onboarding is available at this time

  • Access is restricted to invited organizations

  • ADAPT is a managed platform and is not designed for self-hosting

This announcement is intended to introduce the platform and gather early feedback from the broader community.

Platform Architecture

ADAPT is built around two tightly coupled components:

  • Web Platform — centralized control, configuration, and data management

  • Discord Integration Layer — real-time interaction, notifications, and user workflows

Rather than treating Discord as a secondary integration, ADAPT uses it as the operational surface for day-to-day alliance activity.

Discord-Native Workflow Integration

ADAPT leverages Discord as the primary communication and execution layer:

  • Direct Messages to Users

    • SRP payout notifications

    • SRP approval/denial results

    • Industry and operational alerts

  • Automated Channel Notifications

    • Structure fuel alerts

    • Timer reminders and escalation pings

    • Operational events and system changes

  • Command and Interaction Layer

    • Setup and configuration initiated directly through Discord

    • Role-based access tied to Discord permissions

    • Seamless linkage between Discord identity and in-game characters

  • Real-Time Operational Feedback

    • Notifications are delivered where users already operate

    • Reduces dependency on external dashboards for awareness

This design ensures that critical information is delivered directly to users without requiring them to monitor a separate system.

Core Platform Capabilities

Doctrine Management

  • Centralized doctrine and fit management with version control

  • Inline editing with validation using dogma-accurate fitting calculations

  • Doctrine compliance scoring with percentage-based match detection

  • Review and approval workflows with audit history

SRP Management

  • Integrated submission via Discord and web interface

  • Structured review and approval pipeline

  • Duplicate detection and payout tracking

  • Automatic Discord DM notifications for payout and status changes

Intel Dashboard

  • Real-time visibility into pilots, ships, and fleet composition

  • Doctrine compliance tracking with match percentages

  • Immediate insight into fleet readiness and deviations

Fleet Presence System

  • Real-time multi-user synchronization

  • Foundation for fleet composition and assignment tooling

Industry and Logistics

  • PI and reaction monitoring

  • Centralized visibility into industrial production pipelines

  • Timer-driven alerts and notifications delivered via Discord

Internal Contract Market

  • Corporation and alliance-level contract system

  • Standardized pricing and distribution workflows

  • Supports doctrine supply chains and internal logistics coordination

Timer Management

  • Centralized tracking of operational timers

  • Integrated with Discord for reminders and visibility

  • Reduces reliance on manual tracking and ad-hoc ping systems

Structure and Fuel Monitoring

  • Integration with ESI for Upwell and POS structures

  • Fuel tracking with configurable alert thresholds

  • Automated Discord alerts for low fuel and critical states

Access Control

  • Discord role-based permission system

  • Granular panel-level authorization

  • Multi-guild architecture (not limited to a single corporation scope)

Unified Web Interface

  • Fully integrated control panel:

    • Doctrine Manager

    • SRP Manager

    • Intel Dashboard

    • Industry Tools

    • Contract Market

    • Timer Manager

    • Fuel Manager

    • Access Panel

  • Real-time updates via WebSocket architecture

Security and Data Handling

ADAPT is built with a security-first design philosophy:

  • Authentication via official EVE Online SSO (ESI)

  • Minimal required scope access

  • Secure token storage with restricted filesystem permissions

  • CSRF protection and strict Content Security Policy enforcement

  • Rate limiting, anomaly detection, and automated abuse mitigation

  • Data is strictly isolated per Discord guild

Business Model

  • Free trial access will be available

  • Subscription model is planned to be ISK-based, not real-world currency

Design Philosophy

ADAPT is designed to eliminate fragmented workflows.

Most organizations currently rely on:

  • Spreadsheets

  • Multiple third-party tools

  • Discord bots

  • Manual coordination

ADAPT replaces this with:

  • A single unified system

  • Real-time synchronization between web and Discord

  • Automated communication through the platforms players already use

Current Status

  • Active closed testing with select organizations

  • Core systems operational across doctrine, SRP, intel, industry, timers, and logistics

  • Ongoing development focused on fleet tooling and advanced analytics

ADAPT is being developed as a long-term platform to support scalable, real-time alliance operations within EVE Online.

Questions and discussion are welcome.

ADAPT will begin onboarding additional groups in phases over the coming months.

Right now the focus is simple: run it in real environments, break it, fix it, and repeat. As testing expands, the goal is to harden the platform and ensure it holds up under real alliance-scale usage before wider access is opened.

I’ve been playing EVE since 2006, so I’m fully conditioned to assume this isn’t ready and that I’m about to get roasted for it — which probably means it’s time to post.
